International mother language award to be introduced

Bangladesh will give international award for the contribution of preservation, revival, spread, practice of mother language.

The cabinet approved a draft in this regard at a cabinet meeting on Monday.

The meeting was presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.  
Cabinet secretary Md Shafiul Alam revealed this information after the meeting.
