DNA test of Tonu murder suspects demanded

Students of different educational institutions at Comilla has demanded the DNA test of those who are suspected of killing college student Shohagi Jahan Tonu.

They made the demand from a human chain organised to press home demand for justice of Tonu murder on Wednesday morning.  

Among others, Tonu's younger brother Anwar Hossain Rubel, poet organiser Fakhrul Huda Helal, Ganajagaron Mancha spokesperson of Comilla Khairul Anam Raihan, Comilla University student Nazmul Sabuj and Comilla Victoria College student Nazmul Sajal.

Khairul Anam Raihan said, "The DNA test of Tonu murder suspects has to be carried out soon. They have to be brought to justice". 

Tonu's brother Rubel Hossain said, "Our parents are asked not to talk to media. How much our parents will remain silent?"

On March 20, the dead body of drama actress and student of History Department of Comilla Government Victoria College Shohagi Jahan Tonu was found inside the Mainamoty Cantonment. Office assistant of Comilla Cantonment Board and Tonu's father Year Hossain filed a case. The killers are yet to be identified.
