Two students killed in Narayanganj road crash

Two school students were killed and their mother was injured in a road accident at Darikandi area on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway under Sonargaon upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased were identified as Tania Akhter, 12, a student of class nine and his brother Sanny Hossain, 10, a student of class six and children of Sabir Uddin, resident of the same area.
Police said the accident occurred at about 5 am when a covered van turned turtle on the road as its driver lost control over the steering, leaving the duo dead on the spot and another injured.
The injured Hena Akhter, 42, was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
