US-Bangla cabin crew detained with gold at Dhaka airport

A female cabin crew was detained with some pieces of gold bars, weighing around 10kg from Shahjalal International Airport in the capital on Thursday.

The detainee was identified as Rabeya Sheikh Mousumi, a cabin crew of US Bangla Airlines.

Alamgir Hossain, Additional Superintendent of Armed Police Battalion (ABPn) confirmed this while talking to reporters.
